Equipment

We currently use four machines for regular production:

  • One thermoforming machine with a molding capacity of 25" x 45" for either female or male molds up to 9" in depth, for a variety of plastic material such as PS, ABS, PVC and PETG.
  • One inline thermormer with a molding capacity of 25" x 25" up to 6" in depth and another one with a molding capacity of 30" x 30".These 2 machines can do vacuum pressure forming with a servo drive, inline cutting and stacking.  Plastic materials used in our process are: PS, PP, PE, ABS, PVC, PET and OPS and this up to a thickness of 60 mils.
  • One pressure thermoformer with in-line cutting with a moulding capacity of 22" x 20", up to 5" in depth, able to mould such plastic material as OPS, HIPS, PET, PP and PVC.

We also own:

  • 4 roller presses as well as a vertical one which can be used for second-hand operations such as punching and trimming.
  • Granulators: All our waste plastic or trimmed materials are recycled at our facilities, all this in respect and protection of the environment.
