Credit Policy
For a first order, a credit application should be filled out and sent to our office. This application must be fully completed and signed by an authorized person. After approval of your credit, we will proceed with your order by sending you a purchase order form with conditions of sales. Our terms are net 30 days, 2% interest on all past due accounts. All taxes are extra where applicable.
Guarantee Policy
Thermopak Ltd. makes a committment to offer its products and services at a competitive price. We ensure that all products will be verified prior to the shipment to ensure the quality and comfomity.
RMA
Our system of traceability consists of apposing a control number on the cover of each box of finished product. If you receive defective merchandise, please notify our office immediately. Should you return a product, a EQ331 formula (authorization form od of return) should be filled out and sent out to our office. The defective material or product can be returned at our expenses after approval by an authorized person.
